Our Story

After decades in the grocery business, we decided we needed a little more fun in our lives and we opened our doors as The CrateHouse on Main Street in May of 2019. We offer a wide range of choices, from our rotating selection of hard ice cream flavours, soft ice cream creations, and in-store baked cookies, squares, cheesecakes, and scones. Try one of our daily lunch features (follow our socials to see what we're making) or any of our regular menu sandwiches or wraps made with our in-store smoked chicken, beef, or pork! We also have homemade soup available every day, specialty coffees, and fresh Indian Head Bakery delivered twice a week. Maybe you need a fresh cut AAA premium quality steak, a deli or charcuterie tray for your next event, or frozen fish or appetizers from our freezer section—come visit and see what we’re up to next!
